● Introduction: How does 3Meet come up?
The Spark of 3Meet: Jimmy's Frastraction
Jimmy is a passionate NFT project founder. With his NFT project reaching its first anniversary, he wanted to organise an event to celebrate with the community for this exciting and special moment.
However, he quickly realized it wasn’t easy to organize a true Web3 celebration, as traditional ticketing tools were clunky, centralized, and didn’t support NFT ticketing. It also failed to reward loyal holders or attract the new members.
It’s not just Jimmy — many of the Web3 enthusiasts in the community have run into the same issues when trying to organize or join events.

● The Challenges
Why the traditional event platforms don't work for Web3 communities?
We have breakdown the user journey of Web 3 event planning to see what challenges and frustration did the users (organiser and participants) faced with traditional ticketing method.
To summarise, the following three points are the main challenges and concerns of the users during Web3 event planning and participation:
Lack of Web3 and NFT ticketing integration
Tools rarely support wallet login, NFT-gated access, or on-chain proof of attendance.
Security and verification concerns
Weak user incentives, missing opportunities for growth and engagement
Events feel transactional rather than community-driven, making it hard to attract newcomers or foster organic growth.

● Challenges to Opportunities
How can we effectively empower the communities to create seamless, secure, and rewarding Web3 event experiences?
To identify where 3meet can deliver the most value, we mapped potential features and solutions across four quadrants — balancing impact and effort.
Based on this mapping, our optimal focus is on high-impact opportunities that are achievable with reasonable effort, which comes to our goals:
Empower users and organizers with decentralized NFT ticketing and trading
Deliver a secured and optimised purchase experience
Create new revenue streams for organizers via royalty-enabled secondary markets
Drive engagement and retention through token-based rewards and community features

Creating the brand: Spread the vibrant and innovative energy
Inspired from vibrant nightlife and digital culture, we used bold and gradient colors, modern typography, and interactive ticket designs to spread the excitement and futuristic vibe the through visual language.

● The Solution
3meet empowers communities to host, attend, and benefit from events.
Our solution has addressed the core challenges faced by both event organisers and participants. Let's check the design out!
1️⃣ Event Discovery & Home Experience
We understand that participants want to quickly find relevant events and organizers need visibility. Thus, we have designed a visually dynamic hero carousel and “Top Events” section, making discovery immediate and rewarding.
2️⃣ NFT Ticketing & Wallet Integration
We integrated wallet-based purchasing. Tickets are minted instantly as NFTs and users will receive an NFT ticket with all event info and a QR code that makes validation frictionless.
3️⃣ Secondary Marketplace with Royalties
We designed a transparent marketplace where tickets can be resold, with built-in royalties for original organizers. It incentivizes high-quality events and creates a sustainable ecosystem.
4️⃣ Secured and optimised purchase experience
Users only need to select tickets and sign a transaction to purchase a ticket. A purchase success message will pop up to notify the users.
5️⃣ Reward & Loyalty System with Tokens
Participation is incentivised with tokens, redeemable for services or physical rewards which drives for repeat engagement.

● Future and Step Forwards
3Meet is just the beginning of the event ecosystem.
Our vision extends far beyond empowering only the event organisers and participants, we aims to build a collaborative, multi-sided ecosystem that brings value to a wide range of stakeholders.
Instead of a basic event management, we see the potential of Web3 event-related businesses, including event services provider, community engagement, influencer programme, etc. With 3meet, we can unlock new opportunities and value for every stakeholder in the Web3 event space.
